Brunch on a Saturday at 10:15–quick service, lots of TVs with various CFB games. I’m celiac and so many gluten free options on their menu. We ordered the GF Triple Berry pancakes for the table, I ordered the West Main breakfast sandwich on a GF biscuit, others ordered the Eggs Benedict and Chicken Biscuit Sandwich. The steak was tender and cook perfectly. I had a strawberry margarita. Thas delicious as well. Not real sweet. Verified Ate here after going to the Parker Arts Center. A pretty good selection of lunch/dinner options and beers. I selected the Reuben sandwich. Prices were reasonable and service was pretty good. The parking was a little bit confusing as there was some construction going on and the parking lot closest to the entrance said it was for another business. Very friendly and attentive service.Verified I just want to give a big shout out to Elliot, our server, and the manager who I believe is named Tim. There was a mix up with our table, and we had waited for a greeting from staff at our table for quite some time, and considered just leaving. The manager came over after being notified of the mistake, and quickly took care of us and was very apologetic. Elliot, our server who was later assigned to us, was also very sweet, kind, and accommodating. Mistakes and mix ups happen, but the team and West Main took a situation where we could have walked out the door to never return, and remedied it into a situation where we will definitely be repeat customers. Excellent customer service!Verified We live near Parker and this restaurant is becoming one of our favorites. They have many gluten free options. While we don't eat gluten fee, this signals to us that they are welcoming to changes. We can affirm this IS the case! We visited again tonight and my spouse got the fish and chips. The best fish and chips we have had since the fresh F&C in the UP of Michigan! The flesh was succulent and the breading augmented, not overwhelming! I can't wait to go back and I suspect neither of us will deviate from the F&C!Verified Food was outstanding and our server Tammy was amazing.
